RUTHERFORD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 27, 1997--COMPUTRON
SOFTWARE, INC. (NASDAQ:CTRN), announced that information has come to
the attention of the Board of Directors that may impact previously
reported financial statements. The Company has asked Arthur
Andersen, its independent auditors, to assist in the evaluation of
the possible impact of that information on previously reported
financial statements. The Company has been advised by Arthur
Andersen that they will withdraw their reports on the Company's
previously reported financial statements.
