Harry, I did a patent search and was unable to find anything (see response #19 to Ace). I also called the company and sent e-mail and have not received any patent info as of today. What can of resources do you have available? We would be interested in anything that you can dig up. If you or anyone has any information on the patent for their modem, I can follow it up at the US patent office and share my findings. Mark
