Good thing there are people like you to remind us of all the negative news from last year.

Still, the current news has been pretty good. So, would you say the FCC approves scam artists? And, would you say Intel makes deals with scam artists?

Doesn't matter. Investors wanting more security and much less risk should stay out of pink sheets, wait until the company becomes fully reporting to the SEC, and lists itself on Nasdaq. There is no need to get involved in pink sheets.

Another good measure would be to wait until we actually see the phones selling at the corner store, gas stations, drug stores, and WalMart.
