10 years on from the GFC Mortgage Backed Securities are back in the mix. I don't know about the US, but in the UK housing prices have skyrocketed in the last 3-4 years. Housing bubble again? (Obviously not to the scale of 2008, but it's definitely something I'm looking at now). Atm, I'm bearish on everything and I don't know why- something's making me feel very hesitant and I can't pinpoint it. I just don't feel comfortable being bullish. Funny thing is, only 2 years ago I was super bullish and was literally buying everything. Then Covid happened and something doesn't sit right. Maybe it's just me? Best, Harsh
