Steve, Let's say there's one investor in this thing that is now buying 100k shares at 9/32 and selling 100k at 5/16. It sounds like an easy way to make a lot of money. We could stall at this point for a while but when news comes out that could attract new attention, this investor gets cautious and decides to reevaluate the market habits. If it's good news, he buys and holds. Whole new forces take place and you just can't hold the stock down. The fact that it's been trading lots of stock is good, n'est pas? It becomes a different animal. Once you get the wind under your wings, how high can you fly? Like I say, there are REITs losing money that go for $20/share. I think there's a lot of hope here. Bill
