Beats me,

The rumor mill concept posted by "+ag b.c. can" may be the reason. Or earnings rumors since earnings should be quite good. Certainly a pity that I jumped out when I did though <sigh>. Still 50% profit in less than a month isn't bad. Expected a downward correction which instead was a continued rally; when will it reverse? The 19th? We shall see if the rumor mill is acurate or not.

Much more likely than sustained movement on Lycos is a breakout for it's parent co CMGI which is grosely undervalued. I'll be sure to short Lycos if it gets above 25-26.
