No. I asked them point blank during the roadshow about the patents and even pushed them a bit. If there was any sort of risk involved in the patent arena they had a responsibility to disclose it. Instead they shut the door on it completely. Maybe we should try and get the text of the patent letter from Amati and post it. I think that would be helpful.
As for DMT vs CAP. DMT is far superior. I don't think that basic technological fact will be ignored.
