Just to clarify, Tri-Vision has announced a $3-million financing to be executed by CIBC Wood Gundy by mid to late October. While it is likely that the V-Chip Decoder will be in production by January, no official launch date has been set.

I have no information at this time to say when the launch will take place. Tri-Vision has indicated the Fall of '96 which means it is not to far in the distance.

Naturally, closing the financing is Priority 1, then the launch I expect.

Suffice it to say that Tri-Vision will be making an announcement some time and it will be posted on SI.
