Hello, everyone I would like to introduce you another company called (Grantham Resources)(GRN:ASE), closed $1.26 up 0.07 on Friday. I believe the company has great potential to be another Arequipa (AQP:TSE) and it would be worthy if you do your own due deligence ASAP. My reasons are as follows: 1. The company has 19 properties in Equador of which one was recenly drilled (4 holes) and the assay results are pending very shortly. I am told that the cores from 3 holes looked great with visible gold showing in some of them. 2. I am told that Grantham Resources has been recently approached by a major company in the size of Barrick at least five times to have a joint venture in one of the properties. 3. The company is currently doing financing between $1.5-$2.5 million dollars which is anticipated to be closed before Nov. 22, 1996. 4. The company has a very strong management team including three PhD geologists with great reputation among the community & ASE. 5. The share structure is very tight. Out of 8.1 million shares issued, only 1 million shares are float and the rest are held by the management & friendly hands. This is the reason why the daily volume is low.
