Friendly Reg. S selling?

It has occured to me that the downward movement we see could be
due to friendly Reg. S selling. I was unaware that there were
14MM reg. S converted shares until speaking with Brian on Friday.

Observing the stock price on Friday, the price was between .73 and
.77 until the afternoon when about 100,000 shares were sold and this
dropped the price down to .68.

Now there is manipulation going on. We've observed that in the past.
However, the market makers are possibly taking advantage of
someone trying to sell off Reg. S converted shares.
