Well, you have two analysts from DLJ and William Blair who came out with "Buys" on the 20th. My take on this is that they had a few days to talk to mngmt and get a feel for the future outlook of the company after PETM announced their pre-release. Things may not be as bad as the street initially thought.

Based on their recommendation, that shows a good sign that the conference call and earnings release should be positive.
