Yes, it certainly is. Here is that answer -- the real estate market HAS been doing great and yet HOMS can not turn a legitimate profit. In fact, they are consistently experiencing huge and increasing losses.

The economy is on the downturn. The real estate market will follow. The stock market is on the downturn.

What does all this mean for HOMS? I think I have the answer now.
