3 million shares will be issued--I'm not sure the exact date but will try
find out. The PE ratio for it will be based on whatever price these
volatile shares trade at. Smart investors do not ignore PE ratios even
for high growth stocks. When I start hearing that PE ratios are
meaningless, I start looking for a market correction.
