Uhhhmmmm. Why?

It seems Iraq might be better separated into a number of different countries.

It seems poverty stricken destitute Yemen should be united with Saudi Arabia so they can share in that countries oil wealth.

There is no reason for the sub-million populations of Kuwait and Qatar should get all of their countries' oil wealth, while neighboring countries of tens of millions are poor.
