tippet, Re: e-books

I was watching Charlie Rose the other evening on PBS. He had three publishers on. One said he had seen a xerox demo that can download a book and print it in less than one minute. He believes as a publisher he will be delivering books to the local books store in this form fairly soon. My thoughts are this will lower your local book store cost structure and books should be available locally cheaper than by shipping from an e-book vendor. I believe he said his average built in cost of shipping a book was around $5 to $6.
