Actually yes, goes to sites like Goverment sites (he used to work at LANL - Los Alamos National Labs). Also he will listen to suggestions and will repond to them why not or here is how to get started on that idea. And he will visit the floor, the customer and get a real feel and Actual experience of how things are. Is he perfect beyond media hype, nope, no one is.. Mark
