My guess is the only reason that they have not been hit by a shareholder lawsuit is because no lawyer sees enough blood to squeeze out of the turnip.

A point about shareholder lawsuits (and this is in no way intended as a comment re IPM one way or the other, just on the nature of shareholder suits). You don't really sue the company. You sue the directors and can theoretically go after their assets, after all they are the ones responsible for any malfeasance. Also most boards have directors insurance so there is often an insurance company with much deeper pockets to go after. It is possible that a company such as this may not have directors insurance, but you would have to be seriously brain damaged to take a directors job without the insurance. Also as far as the lawyers, I have yet to meet one that would let such a little thing as the target having no money stand in the way of sticking a hoover into a client's wallet.
