I'm pleased with the sale, whether it is 20.5 or 22.5. INF will keep 1/4 of $1B and pass back 2.75 B to CBS (at 20.5). At 22.5 INF keeps over 0.5 B.

Informal poll: Is anyone planning to buy INF tomorrow?

As John and others know, I have CBS but, plan to pick up INF for 25 or under. If it goes higher - and it might - I'll be happy to hold it indirectly. With all of the recent press highlighting the relative valuation issue of INF, I will not be surprised if it doesn't stay above 25 tomorrow. I do think regardless of short term price movement, INF will be at 38 w/in 12 months.
