Unexplained high precision.
Not just the precision itself but there also had to be a tech for verifying that precision.
Off topic-ish but it shows it's possible that between each "reset", human tech advance follows a consistent pace in the interim .
With that interim being 12,000 yrs each time, tech will advance to the same level each time.
The philosophy behind tech advance changes so the tech is expressed differently each cycle.
Our current level of tech may be another marker of where we are in the miasm of cycles that matter to human life on Earth.
