Agreed last years low looks safe and even higher, but I hate to see the flat to declining license fees when they continue to spend at a 20-30% rate in mktg and RD.

CLFY spends at a similar rate on RD and they have 75% growth.

VNTV need to be bought and with the debt it is less attractive than some Telecoms I hold.

But I will keep an eye out for the new CEO to clean the slate and create real value!
