This information was released on Dec 20 with regard to the Saifun purchase - "The acquisition remains subject to closing conditions, including approval from an Israeli court and Israeli government regulators." Does anyone know when this deal is expected to close? I believe the shorting of SPSN and buying of Saifun allows the Wall Street crowd to play games with the PPS. At $3.02 this stock doesn't even make sense. I want to mortgage the house and buy a truck load of the stock. I'm fearful the gaming of the stock will not stop until this Saifun deal is closed. Hopefully, the CC will put an end to this shorting and give us a big launch in the other direction. Comments? dcc
