I said the exact same thing the first time I learned about the Q. However I assume that the reason the powers that be selected those stocks is because of their high beta. So it all depends of what is the strategy behind the Q. If it's high up and down movements on one sector, then be it. If diversification is more important while still having high betas, then I think your choices will work as well.
