No apology necessary Barb. Datek was my choice only for short sales, and at the time I opened the account they were still OK. Their customer service sucks, and now if they begin to have difficulty finding shares, there is no advantage to having an account there. I'm debating whether to buy-in or just see if Datek finds the shares by the deadline.

I've been over to the Datek thread and have seen all the discussion about the buy-in notices. How mad do you think Datek account holders will be if these stocks suddenly plunge after the buy-in?
