No this stock is not marginable.The sec decides if a stock can be margined or not based on price ,assets etc. Ftel must apply and I believe they publish the marginability list quarterly so it may be a rather long wait.However frank would meet the requirements when he becomes full nasdaq. So first full nasdaq hopefully in next month or so.then marginablility on4/1.This in my mind would be the fastest possible scenario.In addition, sec margin requires three dollars a share minimum. Most brokerages including schwab require 5.If it slips below 5 you cant buy more on margin and heres the big danger. If you have big time debit and the stock falls under 3 they will ask you to instantly pay off your debit and it can be a financial killer. Being sold out at the bottom.yes boys and girls been there done that to. It aint been easy.But ftel uber alles
