Yeah, and Morgan Stanley is being sued soon.
I hope SOLV moves up a little more and some shares become borrowable. Id like to add to my short position.
If anyone knows where I can borrow some, please email me privately.
Thanks & Good Luck, racer

Guys, it is a moot point whether or not a tanker can hold 220, 200, or 150 barrels of bitumen. The important fact here is that JR, the chairman of SOLV, states in the 10Q that there are not enough tankers available to haul 15,000 bpd, let alone 80,000 bpd! What this means is that even if somebody gave JR the $50 million to expand the plant to 15,000 bpd, he couldn't do it anyway because he has no way to haul it or store it!!!!!! Once again, according to the 10Q, SOLV will NOT produce even 15,000 bpd untill at least "late 1998". READ IT, READ IT, READ IT. And I think that is a VERY optomistic estimate, to receive approvals and build a 600 mile pipeline! We cal these logistical problems. You know, when you read a 10Q, you have to take statements with a grain of salt, because the company will always try to portray situations in their favor. It is only natural. If this 10Q was written to paint the SOLV situation in a positive light, then things must look VERY bleak up in Alberta.
