By all means, start a thread on human gullibility. You know, they say that, "Action Speaks Louder than Words".

Frankly, I think the gullible are essential, perhaps in an ironic way, for progress to be made. I am sure you will agree that the thoughts and beliefs of the gullible often invite outrage if not contempt, challenge and debunking for the sake of their edification, if not for the satisfaction of those who believe they are rational or even scientific. And in the process, new ideas are spawned which may well lead to an ongoing series of investigations, debunking and, hopefully, result in enlightenment for all. The gullible are therefore not without value: you can't clap with one hand! It seems that the interaction of opposites are ever essential for some result
to happen.
