In the recent large contracts awarded by Sprint and PCS Primeco must deliver acceptable products or will be subject to penalties for probably each day acceptable product is not shipped. In other words deliver quality product by this day or suffer financial penalties. This is a common practice to provide strong incentive to deliver on-time. Still, it must be accomplished or company could take potentially a huge hit if the delay lasted say several months. Otherwise - clear sailing.
