Please, that is "Biology In-Silico", and it is an INCY slogan. It is also on my INCY license plate frames on the vans.

And it isn't the Bay Area that is ranch crazy, it is the entire West. I did also think about it that they are usually referred to as Dairy Farms. I also like the Pharm term best by the way. So, I guess the little guys are Pharmers!
