Hi,

If UTLK is serious on the takeover, I would suggest
them to deploy a protection plan (posion pill, so called), which
would pretect shareholder's interests. RARE has just recently
done that. You can check yahoo's news on RARE to find
the details. RARE is a very undervalued stock, so the company
decide to do that.
