MORE NEWS...MAY 1 Mainchan Communications signs agreement with Cybersurf Cybersurf Corp CY Shares issued 12,587,500 May 1 close $0.37 Fri 2 May 97 News Release See Blond Bear Holdings Inc (BB) News Release Mr Brent Mainwood reports Blond Bear has been advised by Mainchan Communications Group Inc that an agreement has been signed with Cybersurf Corp whereby Mainchan provides long distance voice, fax, 1-800, and calling card services to Cybersurf and, through Cybersurf, to customers of Cybersurf. All of those services are provided to Cybersurf customers at a substantial discount, under the brand name of CyberTel. On March 14 1997, Blond Bear announced an agreement to purchase the issued and outstanding shares of Mainchan which will constitute its major transaction. Mainchan is a registered long distance switchless reseller and sharing group administrator.
