Well I just dug through a stack of paper work only to find the latest statements that I have is the April/97. I would assume the ones for July are out and will track them down.

According to the statements that I have, Exor's nine months to April 97 resulted in a .05 per share loss. Gross sales were $845,608 and the expenses were $1,470,659. I really don't expect July's to be much different or we would be a little wealthier.

The company has noted that many of these expenses are one time only due to the aquisition of the Conac Group. Exor has also moved into the facilities of the Conac Group in Richmond BC for additional savings.

With the expected (hopefully) earnings increase in the coming months and reduced expenses, it hopes to finance their future operations with their cash flow without the need for further financing. The new sales staff can only benefit the bottom line but will still require at least one more, my opinion of course. Just hope the new buying pushes the price up to minimize on the share dilution. And wouldn't that be nice.

Wee
