Martin, Just returned from New Orleans (wild place for a boy with country roots!), so I'm once again catching up on news. You're welcome for the report, and I agree with you regarding the pending acquisition. I am convinced this is a "real deal" and I hope it goes through without a hitch. But I recognize that negotiations sometimes reach an impasse. This is why I asked the question about profitability during the shareholder meeting last week. Irregardless, failure to complete the announced acquisition would undoubtedly shake shareholder confidence. So my fingers are crossed...
