Hi whitewolf:

Welcome to the board. My suggestion would be to read Wheat Belly as a good start and many of the posts Bill has in the header.

With Chronic Fatigue I can go off onto a separate tangent which may be best off line. Just as a primer my daughter suffers from this but she is still fighting borrelia, bartonella and babesia infections plus a couple of others from a tick bite (6 years this September). The IDSA MD refused to consider her fatigue coming from the tick bite "I know Lyme and your daughter doesn't have Lyme disease".

One other book we have found useful is Terry Wahls "The Wahls Protocol". This is an MD who came down with MLS and turned her life around with a change in diet.
