Ballmer is right!
He knows that MICROSOFT is GOING DOWN THE TOILET because
of a new OS about to be ramped up for release for the PC desktop/portable business. It has something to do with a Penguin.

Then, there is the auto thing brewing. If you were mass producing them would you pay MSFT a fee for every auto coming off the line, or would you use a free operating system.
