I covered at 66 1/2 for a nice gain from my entry at 74 last week. Just thought the nets were due for a rally and I could put on another short at a higher level.

The nets feel much different this time. I see a lot of posts from people either upside down or seeing longtime profits evaporate. They are hoping and praying for a big bounce to get them out. Still others are hoping to ride the nets to the moon again.

I don't think the market will be as acommodating this time. Many of these charts have finally broken down, the market's taste for speculation is diminished, and their is just a huge gusher of supply overwhelming demand in the sector.

I'm looking for a failed rebound, follow by brutal panic selling. We will be near a bottom when we hear of a bunch of net IPOs being "postponed."

Just my opinion, love your posts.

MIKE
