Joe-MA, thanks for all the work done as explained in your 2980. A few quick comments come to mind instantly. 1. What is Mr. Gayle doing? Is he out of his mind getting tied up with characters like this Rozzi? And, what about this Russo in Staten Island? My gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If this connection doesn't sound "fly by night", I don't know what does. There are absolutely tons of legitimate investment bankers all around the country who do the job of raising capital and doing it efficiently and legally. These two characters sound like people out of a Damon Runyon novel. 2. This is just another in a series of fitful starts that MR. Gayle has made to get funding for the company. It would have been much better to deal with reputable fund raisers, investment bankers, etc. I hope he has learned his lesson by now. The PR firm was incompetent, the investment bankers were incompetent, etc. etc. etc. Vic
