Think I've finally figured out the problem,have you been eating those Chinese herbs? I think they have given you halucinations. That wasn't a mermaid but a sea serpent ready to consume all the small investors. Since we're held in contempt by the company what better way to get rid of this little annoyance. You would of been better off eating that tuna, Remember a tuna in hand is worth two in the sea.

Don't remember if you posted whether or not you were going to the annual meeting, are you? Are you planning to give us a report on what went on? Are planning to try and ask questions, if you are could you share some of them with us?

One thing that interests me is how Keith Rhodes can purchase 705,000 shares in 1995 for $269,850 secured by a promissary note and has yet to pay a penny out of his own pocket. In two separate amounts one of 39,850 and another of 50,000 the company reduced the note down to 180,000. These amounts are called money owed Keith Rhodes. My question "Owed for what?" didn't he get a pay check? Is it now the policy of the board to reward it's offficers for incompetancy and bringing the company to the brink of bankruptcy. He is still on a note for the 180,000 due 12/31/97. Wonder what happens then if the board can't come up with another "money owed payment".
Paul as you know this information is on page 5 of the proxy. I would appreciate hearing anything you know.
