I will most certainly try to contribute my opinions from time to time, but I have the admit that the latest downdraft caught me somewhat flat-footed. We're not out of the woods yet, in terms of price volatility and possibly valuation compression - both signs that risk premium, previously ignored by investors, is making a comeback. I would advise investors to stay liquid, away from excess leverage, and keep some ammunition ready to deploy on days like yesterday.
