to the board of directors. Mr. Pierson brings more than 20 years of experience
in the software and High Tech Sector to the board. He is presently with Novell
Inc., www.novell.com, (annual revenues of $1.273 Billion US), where he holds the
position of Vice President, Global Field and Channel Marketing (World Wide).
With employees on 7 continents, Mr. Pierson overseas annual marketing
expenditures of over 100 Million Dollars US.

Mr. Piersons' focus in the software industry has been with the development of
new markets as well as the expansion of existing markets. He has had an
important role in the recent expansion of Novell and has worked previously for
IBM Corporation and has negotiated a number of Multi-Million Dollar OEM
contracts with companies such as Compaq, Sun Micro Systems and Dell.
