Sure, Mr Aharoni has responded to the personal bankruptcy petition from 13 years ago in a different country. He didn't have to. He is trying to clear the stigma once and for all from that occurrance.
If you read the 8K, you will see Mr Aharoni agreed to the cancellation of the incentive compensation and agreed that it should be in the hands of the stockholders.
Quite frankly, the man probably would like his private life kept private. He's made mistakes, and has his strengths and weaknesses, as we all do. He is human, after all, albeit a brilliant businessman. The corporate filings bear out that claim on my part.
You wonder why he doesn't answer your concerns about his private life on a public forum? Get real! If ACRT was anything but sound, if it was a scam, he'd probably be here, trying as hard as pink to protect his investment. He knows the true situation with ACRT. He doesn't need to defend himself. Time and earnings will vindicate him from all the lies and slander. Why doesn't he sue? Perhaps he will. I do know ACRT was after the real identities of pink and others. I don't think he, or ACRT is going to let this situation disappear without taking action. there is no need to rush on their part. The slander is now part of a public record.
