did you install the WinXP upgrade over Win98 Yes sir. I opted to go with the new installation option when prompted rather than just upgrading the current os but the just upgrade option is presented to you. The easy way would be an upgrade and if something goes wrong with it you can always start over with the full install and wipe out the old. I just wanted to start fresh.
