ATLANTA, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading provider of enterprise management software and e-business solutions for mid-market process manufacturers, today announced the signature of three new and important contracts in Russia, Mexico and Poland.

The first contract is for a new customer in Russia, Upravlenie Promyshlennoy Avtomatiki (UPA) (Management of Industrial Automation). They are based in Neznevartovsk, Siberia. UPA is the technological department of Tumenian Oil Corporation (TOC), one of the largest Russian oil companies. UPA has licensed the iRenaissance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software. The initial contract is the first phase of a multi year project. UPA will first implement iRenaissance internally. Following the initial implementation, UPA plans to purchase additional seats and provide the implementation for other departments of TOC (more than 500 additional seats).

The second contract is for an upgrade to an existing Ross customer in Mexico: Sky Chefs de Mexico, SA. They will be upgrading from a Ross Classic solution to the iRenaissance Financial Modules. As a part of this contract, they have added 25 users and signed a project implementation plan with our Partner in Mexico, Business Intelligence Consulting. The current plan is to migrate from the Classic Financial modules to iRenaissance in three months.

CEDC operates the largest nationwide next-day alcoholic beverage delivery service in Poland through its sixteen regional offices located in Poland's principal cities, including Warsaw, Krakow, Gdynia and Katowice. The company currently distributes approximately 330 brands in three categories: beer, spirits and wine.

The initial agreement with Carey is for iRenaissance Financials and Distribution modules for four companies of the CEDC group: Carey Agri, MTC, PWW, PHA. The initial contract includes a minimum of 150 users in 12 locations, as well as a full range of implementation services.
