from $871,268, for the first quarter of fiscal
2000.

Net income for the first quarter of 2001 was $3.4 million or $0.02 per
diluted share
, up
$4,934,633 from a loss of ($1,534,000) or ($0.10) loss per diluted
share for the first
quarter of fiscal 2000.
