(NQB pink sheets: MDCE) (OTCBB: MDCE). This press release is intended as an update regarding the company's status in becoming fully reporting. Media Concepts has retained the services of an additional audit firm to assist the company in completing the 1998 audit. Management decided that the new firm would assist in expediting the closure regarding 1998 accounting. The company is reviewing the best solution with filing the Form 10 with the SEC. Should the closure of 1998 accounting be completed at a later part of the year, management may elect to submit 1999 and 2000 audited financials.
