David - I wish I had contact with the big players but I don't.

The original speculation on moving to Denver was an acquisition of QWST. I just looked over my cubicle wall and out my bosses window and now I know why they're leaving - there's 12 - 14 inches of snow on the ground, school was cancelled for 3 days, and there isn't a good skiiing hill anywhere near (David - if your from here - Nebraski doesn't count). Not to mention it was 10 below zero last night.

Since the QWST acquisition doesn't look realistic now that they merged (don't totally rule it out though), I think it could simply be an ability to recruit the best people for the job. Omaha isn't known for it's fast pace. After all, a lot of people think that Nebraska has only farmers and everybody drives covered wagons on dirt roads. Even when the networks show the football games of the Cornhuskers (co-national champions), the intros are shots of cornfields, barns, and windmills.

In reality, Omaha is a wonderful place to live with plenty of attractions. But, also in reality, nobody outside of here has that perception. It's kind of like the KIWT stock, it doesn't matter what the reality will bring, it matters what the perception of the reality is. We all think they're going to do something great but the reality is they haven't done anything yet.
