Welcome to this thread, and thank you for concisely recapping some of the topics we have covered in the past. I must disagree with you regarding the future viability of a reverse split. I am neither advocating a reverse split nor "predicting" that one will occur in the future, but suggesting that the possibility still exists. Just because the issue was removed from the most recent proxy does not preclude management from resurrecting it at a later date, if they feel it may serve a worthwhile purpose.

I offer no apology to you or anyone else for providing my honest opinions and observations. I suggest you should review prior posts on this thread to become better acquainted with the various participating opinions and personalities. I, along with several others, have been a staunch supporter of AGTI and have defended against occasional unreasonable attacks. As time has progressed and profitability nears, I am increasingly more confident that my investment in AGTI will pay a nice reward. But I will never withhold honest opinions, even ones YOU may perceive to be negative, as a means of "hyping" the stock. We are here to help and to educate each other, not to serve as a mutual admiration society.

No offense taken, just letting you know where I stand. :>)
