Rick,

I talked to my father the other day after he had received and read the prospectus since he too owns shares (like father, like son). Although he didn't understand all the technical jargon, he did understand the numbers, being an experienced investor himself. Not surprisingly, he was less than impressed and called the annual report the biggest piece of BS he'd ever seen. He was particularly amused at how Rhodes gets away with paying himself $195,000 a year as a consultant and managed to "borrow" 1 million to buy PRLN stock of which he now mysteriously owes only a couple hundred thousand. Like my father said, Rhodes is 68 and looking to retire. Consequently, he's milking PRLN and us for every cent with that goal in mind. I'm going to show the report to my lawyer and see what he has to say about this "borrowing" of money to buy stock (IE "borrowing" from all of us!) without seemingly ever having to pay it back.

Hank
