CLFY bought by NORTEL for $2.1 BB - $68/share.

I wonder if this will drive VNTV valuation up?

It prices CLFY at about 8X revenue ($62MM Q3 revenue, $2.1 BB purchase price). VNTV would be priced at about $1.3 BB which is silly, but maybe it will drive price above $475 MM.
