Regardless of the terms of the settlement, the SEC requires all material events to be filed as 8Ks within, I believe, 10 days. So, we will know the end result in the near future. If the FB deal is cancelled, that brings back alot of cash I would think. Cash that can be used to acquire other turn around situations like Tanners. TG
