You speculate on interest rates this way, well actually you lose interst income to the government - the only variable is how much.

You speculate on:

1.) the fact that cemetary real estate is not eclipsed by long term interest rates AND

2.) the fact that some biotech company does not use NSCP intranet technology to recycle your organs and make you immortal, that will happen before NSCP gets back up to $80 dollars :-)
